Was searching for my audiobooks in the new music app on iOS 9 but couldn't find them there as that's where they were found till iOS 8.3(not sure about 8.4).
After some amount of searching, I finally found them within the iBooks app.
I think that's where they should have been since the start, but better late than never.
Couldn't find any threads regarding audiobooks on iOS 9, so hope this helps for either this or new discussions regarding the same.
