Audioengine A2 EQ settings?

Hello everyone. i just recently got these speakers about 2 days ago and the speakers sound really flat with overwhelming mid's. Does anyone have these speakers? if yes then what is the optimal EQ settings for these speakers on iTunes? Suggestions, comments and tips will be greatly appreciated.

They aren't very flat, flat is a good thing.

They have only 2 inch drivers, so they have no sub-bass presence, but they do have a very large mid-bass hump that could otherwise make them sound congested and muddy. I'd EQ down the 100-120hz to 250hz area to help them sound more flat.
