Hi,
I have a D1 connected to my iMac. It used to show up under "Choose which speakers to use" in iTunes, but no longer does. It does show up in system preferences > sounds > output.
When it was under the choose speaker icon of iTunes I could send the audio out through the D1 to a pair of JBL 305s and only the audio from iTunes would be audible through the speakers. When I choose the D1 through the system preferences many other sounds (email pings, etc) are also audible (very loudly) through the JBLs even though the sound effects are set to internal speakers.
I have tried a PRAM reset and an SMC reset.
AudioEngine says this was caused by an iTunes update.
Anyone else seeing something similar?
Thanks!
