I have a lot of images in a folder that my screensaver plays randomly. Sometimes while my screensaver is running I see an image that I quickly want information about, such as the filename or even better, its location in Finder. I wake the computer out of screensaver mode. Is there a way then to retrieve that information? Is there any kind of audit log located somewhere that is intelligible?

I know a way, through terminal, to get the filenames as they run, in real time, through the system preferences, screensaver preview. But is it possible to retrieve a log like this, after the fact.

I appreciate any help.
