Aura Pro rMBP not working on iMac 2012?

I thought the 27" iMac can take a rMBP's blade ssd so I ordered this from OWC without a second thought..

But it seems not working..machine not booting up even..:(

I think I will need to return it and get a stock blade ssd for rMBP (from ebay?)..
