I did a google search and a mroogle search but kinda hard to describe the problem in a short sentence.

Setup: i have an iPhone 4 and wife has a 3GS

Problem: When we are on the phone (Doesn't matter who called who) i can hear her game sounds, alarms, and even music over the cell call. This happens whether or not she was playing a game before the call or started after the call. However she cant hear anything on my end besides my voice. I can start a game and she won't even notice.

Has anyone ever had this before or have an idea to fix the problem?

It sounds to me like your microphone isn't working properly; I would advise that you visit an Apple retail store and have them assess your problem. Have you tried reseting your iPhone?
