Aurora HDR and Lightroom for iMAC

Hi

Considering buying an iMac. Can anyone please advise if an iMac can run Aurora HDR and Lightroom and also what source do you obtain such software from?

Thank you for your helpful reply. Apologies if it seems trivial but I’m just starting out so unsure what I’m doing.

Be aware there are two versions of Lightroom:
1. "Lightroom" (for the cloud)
2. "Lightroom Classic"

Both can run on any recent Mac, but are fundamentally different in how they store and manage photos. Perhaps you know this already; if not, suggest research them carefully. They are now only available by subscription, which some people do not want.
