I see that the Apple Store has just gone down....5 hours to go! I will be ordering the 17 Pro in Blue....This will be my 11th Iphone.

Just wanted to pop in from the UK and say G'day mates!
I think because I’m in the Barossa outside of Adelaide we automatically get next day delivery. I have also ordered the Apple Watch ultra which is also being delivered on the 22nd.
Ordered PM Cosmic orange 256Gb. I am in the fence between the orange and deep blue colour. Deep blue seems to be less popular. If I don’t like orange will return and get the blue.
Pickup on launch day.
At first when the store opened I got delivery for 23 - 26.
Then I ordered again for pickup on launch day.
Canceled the delivery order.

The Apple Store app let me in at around 10:02pm and I then had no problem ordering two iPhones in separate transactions. Blue 1TB for myself and 512 silver for my mother.
I think that orange seemed the most popular at launch? Maybe silver too? I had the pacific blue 12 pro max and really liked that colour. We’ve moved back to aluminium for this release though and when i thought back to my last aluminium iPhone and it was a matte black and I was happy with that one too, so considered that deep blue will be a combination of both of those, like a matte deep blue. Before i considered it this way, I was really struggling to decide on the colour.

Apple have just taken the payments from my bank account...and changed the order status to prepare for shipping. In some past years the phone has come from a warehouse in Sydney, only updating the status on Thursday night for a Friday delivery, and in other years directly from the factory in China. I enjoyed the process of watching the online tracking...it builds the anticipation 
How's the wait going on? I ordered the 17 Pro Max 256GB in Silver. Also got the screen protectors and temporary silicone clear case from Amazon. i really like the beats silicone case in blue and grey and would be getting them soon when I see them in person.

I ordered a blue pro max 256gb. Couldn’t get into the App Store until 10:20pm. Delivery date of 24th. Unfortunately I’ll be working launch day so had to order for delivery otherwise I would have been able to pick up on launch day

Mine has just changed to shipped!, My Ultra 3 and Airpods 3 also! Yay...via Star Track. In fact they are already at Adelaide airport...
yes, you will get a notification tomorrow, because they order doesn't reflect shipping, as that is an internal process at Apple, for store pickup. I imagine most pickup orders are already at the store.
Mine shipped yesterday as I could see them in the Australia Post app, but the status only changed on Apples end a few minutes ago. They’ve been scanned in at Melbourne airport, so all set for delivery tomorrow.
My AirPods Pro 3 with engraving also just changed status to Shipped and should be here Monday or Tuesday.

Any colour regrets to who ordered cosmic orange? I was divided between orange and deep blue but went with orange because my wife liked the colour but after seeing the reviews in natural light I feel the glass cutout for cosmic orange in not shiny as the metal part and deep blue really looks so good partly because the colour difference between the metal part and glass part is less in deep blue
it might be delivered earlier than expected
Picking mine up from Apple Broadway tomorrow at 8am!
