Authorized purchaser?

Does anyone know if the authorized purchaser deals are worth it? I qualify for both the authorized purchaser and the education discount, but the purchaser involves a lot more paperwork, and I can't tell if it is worth it or not!

They're for different things...the education discount is for personal purchases, while the authorized purchaser program is for institutional purchases.

I am purchasing a future computer for district use, and we may do so in bulk soon, but I am wondering if it is worth it to go through all of that trouble for just one computer right now or to just use the education discount.

I would think that if the computer is to be purchased for district use, it should be purchased by the district through the authorized purchaser program. But I don't know all that much about that channel.
