Auto accept Gmail calendar events?

I send myself calendar events from Outlook to my GMAIL account. My Droid would auto-accept these events.

Is there anyway with a jailbreak app or regular app to make this happen with the IP4? This is one of the only things I miss along with great avi/divx player.
 
I managed a work around for now. Autoaccept it on my home outlook. Kind of a pain but seems to work.
