Auto Arange desktop and Folders

I sure would like to find an app that will auto arrange my apps on my ipad/iphone/ipod. It could arrange by type, size, most used, name, alphabetize in alphabetical order per page or per folder. You could sort a couple of ways each time. This needs to be in the general settings so when you add a new app, it will fit it into its right place on the right page, and maybe even into the right folder.

That's impossible because it would break Apple's App Store rules.
