My white iPhone 5s running 8.0.2 can never turn the auto-brightness all the way down. Even when the phone is in a COMPLETELY pitch black room, the auto-brightness will only take it to about 15% green left.

I Googled this problem, and it says that I should put the phone in a dark room, turn auto-brightness off, and manually adjust the brightness to the lowest setting. Then turn auto-brightness back on. This doesn't seem to fix the problem. Next time I'm in a dark room, the auto-brightness still won't turn down all the way.

The other weird thing is, if I turn the auto-brightness off, then turn it back on, then auto-brightness WILL adjust the brightness to the lowest level. But if I go into a bright environment, I'll run into the same problem again with the auto-brightness never going down all the way. (Unless I toggle it off and on again.)

Any solutions to this? Thanks.
