Auto Brightness Question

I just got an iPhone and when I go into Brightness there's no setting to allow for Auto Brightness.

Can anyone help me out?

Going to reset it...I did just set it up brand new from a backup...maybe something wonky happened with the software.

Mine doesn't have it there either, it's under Settings, Display & Brightness

I'm sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you meant the shortcut. Yes, mine has it under Display & Brightness. That's really weird yours doesn't.

Just did another hard reset and it worked!
