Auto-Brightness toggle missing on iPhone 5....

Just as the title says, brand new iPhone 5, and there is no Autobrightness toggle switch....here is a screenshot, anyone know how to fix this?

Strange. might just have to restore.

You might have a problem with the light sensor. Others with the same problem haven't had luck restoring it.

Same problem here! The toggle is gone! A full reset/restore does not help. Is this a software or hardware glich?
