Auto-capitalization of Phone Companies

I just found this a little interesting:

It seems that the only wireless provider that is auto-capitalized on the iPhone is Cingular.

Try it out:
Open up a new note. Make sure Shift is off when beginning each of these:

verizon
att
at&t
tmobile
t-mobile
sprint (that one makes sense)
cingular

Which one is capitalized on the iPhone?

Sooooo......? And that would be because Cingular was the only original carrier of the iPhone... If you also notice, it capitalizes iPhone but not RAZR, Treo, etc. Seems like not a big deal to me!
