Auto-correct works sometimes

Has any one noticed that the auto-correct only works sometimes? At times, I would be using safari, like google or even other random websites, and the auto-correct wont work. It's as if it were turned off (my auto-correct is turned on).

Auto correct always works for me and it's amazing too
