Auto cycle open application windows

Does anyone know of any mac software that can auto-cycle (cmd-tab) through open applications for me on a set time basis? I am setting up some at-a-glance monitoring screens for server applications I own support of, and have 4 different applications I must monitor. I want it to switch between the applications being shown on my screen every 30 seconds or so automatically. Thanks!

I haven't tried this, but have you checked to see if Automator can do what you want?

automater is not a bad idea... I can cycle through open tabs in google chrome with the revolver extension also, but i have a couple of non web page apps i'd like to put in the rotation... I'll try automated, but if anyone else knows a free or paid application to do this please let me know... Thanks!
