Auto Dark Mode Broken on 11.3.1?

Seems like automating switching for dark mode is broken now when night shift is set to "sunset to sunrise".

Setting custom times re-enables it, but can't get it to work since 11.3.

On 11.3.1 M1 Air - anyone have the same issue?
