Auto delete messages after 30-days like in iOS?

Is there a setting somewhere that will enable Messages to automatically delete messages after a set period of time, like can be done in iOS?

unfortunately not with native system options, but logs are located for every day within ~/Library/Messages directory per sender. Easy with terminal and 'find'...
