Auto Detect website change hiding behind a login/pass page and send me an email

Hi,
I use a website like changetower
To send me alerts when a website changes, i want to do the same thing but
For a website you can only see after loging in.
I want this automation to use a username and pass to access a specific page accessed by navigate in the menus of the website

So it should
Login on a page
Go to a specific page
Check for changes
Send email to me if changes appear

The only way i visualize this
Is to record my mouse using automator to record movements and keyboard inputs ( not sure i can do this..)
But it seems this method will be messy.

Any ideas?
