Auto forward voice memo to email? (and transcribe!?)

Now Siri works better with my car I'll occasionally create a voice memo. Too often though I forget to check my voice memo's. Is there any way to auto forward them to email after creation? And ideally include a rough transcription?

And for that matter, I wish voicemail would include the transcription when you forward it. And provide a way to auto-forward?

This would be great. I saw on the app Just Press Record it looked like it offers dictation, maybe this or another 3rd party app would work?
