Auto-Hiding Bookmarks Sidebar [SOLVED]

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know how to revert the bookmarks sidebar behavior to how it used to be before Safari 7?

It used to be that clicking the book icon would open the bookmarks and upon selecting one, the bookmarks sidebar would hide again.

Under Safari 7, the sidebar stays visible until I again click the book icon.

Maybe there is a terminal command to force it back to auto-hiding upon selection of a bookmark?

I found it - it was driving me nuts - click on the icon of the 12 dots. This exposes the Bookmarks sidebar and removes it once you select your bookmark.
