I would like to be able to have the Music App and Mail App close Automatically from processes after not being used for say 5 mins. Is there an app or tweak that can help me do this?

I am using Music Controls Pro and I LOVE IT! but what i don't like is even though i exit the MUSIC APP via the switcher, i have to go into SBsettings and click processes and end the task manually to actually get the app to close all the way. I'm not to worried about running out of memory but i am concerned about the draw it adds on my battery, which is about 30-50 mAh.

with a 1200 mAh battery at a 77 mAh draw at all apps close and in sleep i can get upwards of 12hrs batt life if not used at all, but just with the music app in sleep mode in the BG it increase the draw to 110 mAh, which calculates to less than 12hrs battery life at sleep. I get on AVG about 6-8hrs of life during constant use. and am at 366 Charge Cycles. Can anyone recommend a tweak or app that closes an app after a certain amount of time that it is dormant?

No recommendations, but assuming you're using MCP 6, have you updated recently? Version 1.0.6.1-6, which released in the last few days, specifically addressed battery drain when audio apps were not in use. I hadn't seen the really significant losses some were reporting, but even so, battery performance seems to have improved a little.
