Auto language switch

Dear all,

I`ve just switched from windows to mac and it`s really great. The only feature that I miss (and which is a very important one for me) is auto language switch between applications. E.g. when you have two programs running but you use different input languages there, it automatically switches once you go to another program. Is it possible on Mac?
