Auto lock Mac based on iPhone proximity

I've been trying some apps that automatically lock my Mac as my iPhone moves way from it (i.e. as I walk off with it in my pocket) and then automatically unlocks it when I'm back.

I've tried Near Lock, Unlox (formerly MacID) and Knock, but all 3 seem very unreliable, frequently lose connection with my iPhone even when it's right next to my Mac.

Any other suggestions?
