Hey guys. Just getting into iOS eco system. Would like to know if there is anyway to auto-off the device in iOS after/at specific time. It's just that I have a habit of consuming YouTube while in bed. As with the Android device where are many apps that does this, Is there anything of that sort in iOS directly/indirectly?

I don't think there is such thing (from a user perspective). I think you can via MDM (Mobile Device Management) though.

I'm unaware of how to implement this within iOS itself. Do you typically use Wi-Fi when on YouTube? If so, within the settings of your router you may be able restrict access for your device only from certain times. Of course this wouldn't prevent you from using cell data especially if you were on an unlimited data plan.

You could also look into MDM/parental control apps.

Can't I do it with parental controls settings in iOS?

You can restrict access to apps through the restrictions setting. But there's no way to specify a time frame to not to allow access.

With an MDM solution you could push out a profile that would remove the app from your device at a specific time and then add it back onto the device the next morning. Several MDM's offer this functionality. However, I don't know of any personal MDM as they are mostly used for enterprise.
