Auto Refresh Safari?

Is there some way to configure Safari so it auto refreshes on a specific tab or multiple tabs every X seconds or so?

Thanks.
 
There are auto refresh extensions in the App Store. Haven't used any of them. I don't see any built-in feature for this in the Develop menu
