Auto scrolling text app for musicians?

I play gigs a lot and thought the iPad would be a perfect device for putting on my chords and lyrics, rather than lugging around ring binders and fake books. However, when I view PDF / Word or Pages docs, the text is either too small or doesn't fit on the screen. Is there an app that would let the text scroll automatically? Or maybe an autocue kind of thing? Obviously stopping mid-song to swipe the screen isn't an option.

Any suggestions?
