Auto show dashboard application

A while a go I read about an application that would automatically show the dashboard each 15 or X minutes. I didn't pay much attention to it though, and now I am trying to find it. Any ideas?

you can add /Applications/Dashboard.app to your start objects in System Preferences/Users

But that would show it only when I login.. am i wrong?

You can do this as an Applescript running in the background.

EDIT: Maybe someone else can help with AppleScript, I couldn't get it working right. Sorry.
