Does anyone know of an app that will automatically shut down another app.

For example I would like tomtom to shut down automatically after a period of time.

For example; when I get to work sometimes the app will start giving voice guidance when I've already left the car

Apps cant interact with the system or other apps like that. So no, you wont ever find an app that does this.

You need to double click the home button to bring up the multitasking interface, hold the TomTom app and hit the red circle that pops up. That will kill the app so its no longer running.

Yeah but it would be nice if it just shut off after a certain time of inactivity. I'm pretty sure Navigon does that
