I have this one song [No Vaseline - Ice Cube] which I bought on the iTunes store and the song actually starts on 1:05, so the first minute is a completely useless intro. I was wondering if there is a way of having the music go directly to 1:05 instead of me having to wait for the song to start or scrolling on the bar to get to somewhere near 1:05, is this even possible? It would be also interesting if I could "trim" the song to just delete the intro. Is this possible?

Go to the song in iTunes, More info, go the options tab and set the beginning there
You do it in iTunes then sync it to your phone. The setting will carry over. No way to do it directly on the phone.
There is no way to set the start point on the phone. It has to be done in iTunes.
