Is there anyway to auto start a program when I come back from being afk? Same thing for being away for lets say 10 minutes it auto quits a program? The reason I am looking for this is to automate my chat client (adium).

I use Adium to sync to my meebo account that is a widget on my business website. Works great so people can chat with me, problem is however I often forget to start it or forget to sign out. So either people are chatting with me when when i am afk, or cant chat with me when I am at my work computer etc.

I played around with the settings and have them set to make me "offline" when inactive. My icon for meebo on my website however still is green and people can chat with me when Im not there:

What I am then thinking is to have a way to auto start it when I am active, and to auto quit it when I am not active, is there anyway to do this? Is there a better solution?
