If Windows:

Start -> Run (or on vista, just type it in the search bar and press enter) -> "msconfig" -> Startup -> Make sure that iTunesHelper is checked and press "OK."

In msconfig ive only got a file called iTunes, but iam sure ive seen iTunesHelper before, but now its not there?! Iam running vista X64
