Auto sync to Itunes over wifi

my 4s running 5.0.1 doesnt do this

i have reinstalled itunes
hard reset phone
reinstalled ios

yup and just to clarify it does do it over wifi just not auto

Have you got iCloud backup turned on? This will stop it automatically backing up.

oh boy now i did it.. itunes wont recognize my phone..

iCloud backup doesn't have any affect on WiFi sync. Are you on Windows 7 x64? I am and it works so poorly I've stopped trying to use it. Others report the same thing. If it won't sync on demand then I don't expect it to sync automatically.
