Can't find a thread about this,

Using beta 1 but haven't had any app updates yet that I'm aware off, has anybody else yet and do you get a notification of any kind?

I got some today and you get notified via the notication center. You click on it and it brings you to the App Store for the details. I really like this new feature.

Yes you do get a notification in the pull down menu.
