Hello,

I have some problem using an AutoCAD. When I start the app everything is fine for like 20 s. After that, AutoCAD crashes with error name: "Unhandled Exeption".
Maybe there is some kind of solution? Please help me... :(

What Mac and Mac OS X version do you use?

Have you updated AutoCAD?
Have you tried the Discreet/AutoDesk support forums yet?

What about the other two questions? Especially the last one, as the Discreet/Autodesk forum and KB might be better suited. Don't you have some kind of telephone or email support with the purchase of AutoCAD?

Yes the AutoCAD is fully updated. The newest version.
Tried to contact the support page, still waiting for answer, but I think they gonna just say to reinstall the software as usually everyone suggests.

Hi! Unfortunately, this happened to my AutoCAD for mac too, just today. After I downloaded and installed the Autocad for mac update 1, I run the application and after less than a minute or so, it unexpectedly closed, due to "unhandled exeption" as it said in the error report. Please, help. Have you fixed you autocad yet?

Have you tried the official support forum or any other help Autodesk provides its AutoCAD customers?
