AutoFill in Safari 3

A recent upgrade to Tiger 4.11 and Safari 3 seems to have knocked out some of the AutoFill functions that used to work on Safari 2. With on-line forms Safari 2 used to auto fill in name, mailing address and e-mail address. Safari 3 doesn't, even though I've turned on "using info from my address book card" in Safari preferences. Is this a known issue? Curiously, Safari 3 continues to fill in log-in passwords and user names.
