Automate backup of TimeCapsule

I have a 1TB TimeCapsule that we use for a file server. It has logos, invoices, etc.
We have a backup 1TB USB hard drive attached to the TC to backup the TC.
Is there a way to automate the backing up? Like once a day or once a week?

CCC can do scheduled and incremental backups of one volume to another.
While running CC, press Command + S to open Scheduled Tasks and set something up.
