I want to wake up to www.espn.com on my monitor, so I can (if I missed the game last night) look at the highlights/scores.

Anyway to make it auto refresh? Other than hitting F5 on the page when I'm awake.

Anyway to have it automatically open the site at a certain time?

I'm sure I'd forget to keep that on every night. :p

to open URL(s) from iCal events

1. open automator
2. select Safari in the left library list
3. drag and drop action "Get specified URL" from the action list to the right
4. edit this action to include your URL(s)
5. drag and drop action "Display Webpages" from the action list to the right, after the other.
6. test
7. save as plugin, select "pluging for iCal Alarm" in the dropdown menu.
8. go to iCal
9. create a new calendar, that you can hide (it will still be active)
10. insert a repeated even, everyday, or whatever suits you.
11. define an alarm, select your plugin in the list.

Good luck!
