Automatic App Updating over LTE?

I've had the GM for a few days and it seems the auto app updating only happens over wifi... even smaller apps.

Anyone know whether that's the case or not and if there's a setting change to make so I can download them automatically on the go?

Don't like having to flip wifi on and off all the time; just leave it off as much as i can.

Settings -->iTunes & App Store --> Make sure Use Cellular Data is switched On.
