automatic calls by ringo/foocall

So i recently shifted from android,

I used to use foocall or ringo to make international calls, with android, i just have to dial international number, and these apps will kick in and show me option that i can call via them or just skip.

In iOS we have to go to app and make a call in app, phone app does not give access to these apps, is there a way aroud this, may be using workflow or something like it

Maybe a jailbreak tweak of some sort, but I kind of doubt even that would exist for something like this.
