Automatic CD to hard disk copying program needed

I just bought a 500 GB drive and need to transfer a few hundred CDs worth of data on to it. I want a program that will let me pop in a CD, then the program will automatically copy the entire contents of the CD to a folder on the HD, then eject the CD once they copy is complete. Anyone know of such a batch copy program?

Would Automater be able to do it?

I don't know much about it though.

I'm still on 10.3, which doesn't have Automater. I thought about an applescript or Automater action, but I am not well versed enough in either to trust that I was copying the disks fully and correctly.
