Automatic Contact Picture??? help!

hello im new to this forum seen as i bought my iphone like 3 days ago anyway...

everytime i add a contact it automatically creates an image in the caller id of a random person i have never seen before!! anyone else having this problem?

also iff i turn my phone on and off again i get a weird iphone app store advert come on!! its strange :(

any help would be much appreciated :) :apple:
