Automatic download on all devices not working

I have the new iPad and auto download of iTunes and apps are not syncing when purchased on my iPhone etc even though it's checked through settings
Anyone have this issue

The ipad will only automatically download universal app that you buy on the iphone. Are the apps your missing universal or not?

My iTunes don't download either when I get a tune from iTunes on iphone

Solution

I just had this same problem... Dl'd a track on my iphone, and went to ipad to play it. Couldnt find it.

So... Open Music app on iPad... Select Store tab (first)...

This will just to the iTunes Store... Select second to last tab... Purchassed...

There you should see your tracks and your newly purchassed should be sitting there just waiting to be confirmed.
