Is there a program that will automatically switch the layout of my keyboard when I am using a certain application?

Basically I have some games that I have ported from Windows, but there seem to be some issues with the keyboard layout that cannot be fixed, so I have to switch to a custom keyboard layout when I am playing games.

So what I am looking for is a way of switching the keyboard layout automatically when I open a certain application, and then setting it back to normal when I close it again, does anyone know a way of doing this?
