Automatic Phone Dialer for Mac

I am looking for a Mac OSX application that will enable me to hook up a phone jack (I still have an old PowerBook) and dial out, and then proceed to "dial" pre-programmed key strokes after pre-programmed delays. There is a telephone based automatic golf tee-time reservation system that I'm interested in pitting this software against:). Grateful for any suggestions. Many thanks
