Automatic track numbers in iTunes?

I have a few albums which I ripped a while ago on windows, however, when I import them into iTunes, they don't have the track numbers, so I cannot listen to them in order. I know I can do it manually, but its too much hassle.

Are there any programs/widgets that'll do this automatically for me?
