My SuperDrive Update 2.1 keeps automatically popping up when I reboot my Macbook. Is there any way to stop this?

Also, I put things in the trash and I was wondering if there's a way to restore them to their original locations. You know, like you do on PC.

Thanks a bunch!

You can stop an update from appearing in Software Update by clicking on it and pressing DELETE. There's no restore feature in OSX for the Trash, but you can manually drag the files back to their original location, or another one.

Heres how to get the superdrive update to stop:

Go into your system preferences, click on accounts, then on login items, then just click on the superdrive update and click the minus sign at the bottom to delete it. This screen is similar to the msconfig startup screen on windows. So if you ever have a program starting up that you don't want now you know where to go to get rid of it.
