Automatic Video Editor (basically Replay for Mac)

I'm pretty sure most of you are familiar with the iOS app Replay (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/replay-video-editor-for-instagram/id694164275?mt=8) ..

Is there anything similar for Mac or is there at least an iOS app which offers 1080p videos?
