Automatic Volume Adjustment

Hi

Im looking for a Mac Application that can automatically adjust the volume of my mp3's to the same level.

The problem is i have a lot of live music downloaded from youtube, and most of the tracks are either really loud or really quiet compared a normal track imported from a cd.

I have only found one application that can help me but it is very limited in the free version and I'm not willing to pay for anything that i wont use that often. The program is called iVolume. My google searches so far have not bought anything useful back.

I have tried this in itunes and on my ipod shuffle but i personally didn't notice any difference
